Software access only

MEME 4 ALL provides software tools, interfaces, and workflow assistance. It does not provide brokerage, custody, exchange services, or financial advice.

Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the software is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your circumstances.

Wallet responsibility

You are solely responsible for your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, transaction approvals, connected devices, browser security, and chain/network choices.

No guarantees

The operator does not guarantee uptime, execution success, profitability, market access, compatibility with third-party protocols, or error-free operation.

Third-party dependencies

The service depends on external wallets, public RPC endpoints, BNB Chain infrastructure, and third-party protocols such as Four.meme. Those dependencies can fail, change, throttle, or become unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, slippage, smart-contract failures, RPC issues, user mistakes, browser data loss, or other direct or indirect damages arising from use of the software.

Changes

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue product features, plans, copy, routes, and operational requirements.
